• Free Delivery is applicable only order value is more than ₹ 2000
  • Once we receive your order, it will be processed and ready to be shipped within 3 business days. However, depending on the delivery location your orders can take about 3-8 working days from the date of ordering to reach you.
  • Domestic orders (within India) would be processed within 72 hours and shipping will be done through a domestic courier company with minimum cost. (India Post, Professional Courier & ST Courier)
  • We also have option for the customer to choose their delivery partner which will be available at checkout section.
  • Delivery time is also subjective to delays arising out of bad weather conditions, strikes or any other unexpected delay from our courier and travel partners.
  • Your shipping cost are subject to the cost of the purchase being made, the destination address and the type of shipping being chosen.
  • Once the products are shipped from our location, we will send you the Airway number/docket number through SMS or Email.
  • Delivery of our services will be confirmed on your mail ID as specified during registration. For any issues in utilizing our services you may contact our helpdesk.


  • You put a lot of time and love into picking your Glam Stores products, so we ensure that it is packed safely with no Damages
  • Any item that may have been damaged during shipping or sent incorrectly will be replaced immediately. But only if you send us an unboxing video! 
  • Please note that the item is not considered as damage when it is just removed because of the glue, we all know that it is fixable and it’s common in handmade items. Hence there is no Refund for fixable issues.
  • Anyways we will ensure to send you only the best products from our end.
  • Damage is considered only if the product is broken with Unboxing video from the beginning to end of your Unpacking.
  • To get your refund in case of damage, all we ask is that you drop us an email along with a photo & unboxing video of the damaged product and we will be happy to send you a new piece.
  • We are unable to accept returns or exchanges due to hygiene precautions. However, we accept exchanges if you ship the products back to our shop in unused and unopened condition.
  •  In this case, you would bear the shipping costs to return the product and We will ship for getting a new one in exchange.
  • Glam Stores does not accept forced returns and these are non-refundable.
